During the operation of the Custom overband magnetic separator, materials fall steadily onto the belt through the feed inlet. The belt of Custom overband magnetic separator runs continuously to convey the materials to the magnetic roller area. By virtue of the strong magnetic field generated by the magnetic roller, the iron-containing substances in the materials are quickly adsorbed. As the belt drives the part with adsorbed iron impurities into the non-magnetic area, the iron impurities naturally fall off due to the loss of magnetic force and drop into the iron discharge box below, thus realizing continuous and efficient iron removal.
