A magnetic grate, also known as a magnetic grate separator, magnetic grid, or hopper magnet, is a magnetic product designed to remove unwanted ferrous particles from free-flowing materials such as dry goods, liquids, and slurries.

Magnetic Grates consist of magnetic rods and 300-series stainless steel (304 or 316) frames. They have outstanding performance, which makes them suitable for various applications in different industries. These magnetic grates are highly durable in their construction. They can be manufactured to any shape or size and placed below or inside the hoppers, in-floor openings and closed chutes, catch bins, and other such locations.

TYPES and APLLIICATIONS
Rare Earth Tube Magnets: These are used to eliminate iron contamination from liquid   or dry materials and help in quality checks. Moreover, available in standard lengths from 150 mm to 400 mm with solid, thread, or stud ends. Designs can be customized according to the demand.
Rare Earth Magnetic Grates: These are designed to be used in hoppers, feed holes, ducts, etc., and consist of rare earth tube assemblies in single, double, or multiple banks as per the specifications defined by the customers.
