Magnetic Tubes, sometimes known as Magnetic Cartridges or Magnetic Bars, are usually made of stainless steel shells and built-in strong neodymium iron boron.
Through the special magnetic circuit design and multiple magnetic guide blocks, the magnetic rod has a very high magnetic force, which can be up to 12000 Gauss. Therefore, the strong adsorption force can remove Nano fine particles, unwanted ferrous material, and contamination from dry particle products, liquids, or slurries.
Tubes consist of magnets that are fully encapsulated within stainless steel tubing to create a strong magnetic field along the side of the tube to attract and retain ferrous material. Ends are fully sealed welded and can be either plain or tapped for mounting.
We provide a variety of different styles and strengths designed to suit different applications or budgets using either Rare Earth permanent magnetic material.
